Henry Jeffries

Second Generation | 1873-1900**

*Born in Hale County, Alabama in 1873.  Henry is the fourth child, first son of Thomas and Fannie.

*Little is known about Henry.  Records indicate he is no longer alive in 1900. He is listed on the 1880 census.  Since the 1890 census was destroyed in a fire, the records are not available to search.

*Based upon oral history and the 1900 census, we conclude that Henry is deceased by 1900.

** On the 1900 census Thomas and Fannie are the parents of twelve children, nine of which are living.  Their three deceased children as of 1900 are Lucy, Henry, and Elizabeth.
