Maria Elizabeth Jeffries

Second Generation | 1885-1962

*Born in Hale County in 1885.  Maria was the tenth child, sixth daughter born to Tom and Fannie.

*Maria married Sandy C. Brown (1879-1946) November 17, 1909 in Allenville, Alabama.  Sandy was the brother of Willie E. Brown, husband of Alice.

*Maria and Sandy were blessed with one son:

 Walter Jack   1910-2001

*They lived in Birmingham, Chicago, and Allenville during their marriage.
